Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is "Fueled by Flavor"

With the job market at its lowest point in more than 25 years, the 2009 focus of the National Black MBA Association-DFW Chapter shifted to connecting its members and surrounding communities with their next job opportunity. The this initiative proved to be one of necessity at the corporate spotlight event hosted by one the fastest growing beverage companies in the country.

More than 100 professionals attended the event held at the Dr Pepper Snapple Group corporate location in Plano,Texas. The evening gave the attendees an in-depth look into the Sales, Finance, Marketing, Research and Development and Supply Chain Management aspects of the organization.

There were panel discussions hosted by the leadership teams where attendees gained access to specific organizational workflow details. It was followed by break-out sessions that offered prospective job-seekers the opportunity to bring their resume to life through a one-on-one conversations with talent recruiters in their specific area of interest.
