Shirley Addison, VP of Administration
Shirley joined the Black MBA Association in 2008 with the goal to meet and network with other professional in the DFW area. In an effort to give back to the community and assist with the efforts of the organization, she immediately became active and accepted the position of Marketing Chairperson to plan and produce effective tools to sell the organization to all its stakeholders in the DFW marketplace.
Shirley is currently working as Application Support Manager at American Airlines with the responsibility of managing the AA.Com web portal. She has over 15 years experience in management and project management within the Telecommunications, Finance, and Pharmaceutical industries. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Amberton University in Garland, TX in 2008.
Shirley served as co-chair for the Diversity counsel while working for the McKesson Corporation and has served as President of her church ministry as well as worked as a mentor for the Carrolton Public School system.
